warpedsense® jewelry is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

Prerequisite is that you as a consumer have purchased the item in our online store warpedsense.com.

Our warranty covers:

1. The case that your jewelry has a defect upon receipt and you report it to us within 14 days.

2. The case that your jewelry breaks within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect.

The warranty does not cover improper use, third-party repair, negligent handling, wear and tear, damage due to normal use (e.g. scratches), misuse or damage (e.g. due to an accident).

Ich habe mir und Freunden 2 Ketten und einen Ring bestellt. Unter anderem auch die 2mm Snake Kette. Die Produkte haben alle eine wirklich sehr gute Qualität und sind echt schön. Ich finde die Preise sind großteils auch angemessen und fair. Ich habe eine große Freude damit. Ich komme aus Österreich und nach 3 oder 4 Tagen war der Schmuck schon bei mir. Allerdings habe ich leider keine Bestätigungs-EMail bekommen.
Im Großen und Ganzen gibt es aber nichts auszusetzen und ich werde bestimmt noch einmal etwas bestellen.
