After your return has arrived at our warehouse, processing and refunding takes up to 30 days.

warpedsense® jewelry is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Prerequisite is that you as a consumer have purchased the item in our online store warpedsense.com.
Our warranty covers:
1. The case that your jewelry has a defect upon receipt and you report it to us within 14 days.
2. The case that your jewelry breaks within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover improper use, third-party repair, negligent handling, wear and tear, damage due to normal use (e.g. scratches), misuse or damage (e.g. due to an accident).
If you wish to use our warranty service, please contact us at support@warpedsense.com with your order number and a picture of the defective item.

Schnelle Lieferung - Freitag bestellt, Dienstag empfangen.
Schöne schlichte, schwarze Boxen, in denen die Ketten eingebettet sind.
Die Ketten selbst fühlen sich stabil an und haben einen schönen Glanz.
Anhänger haben eine gute Größe, sind nicht zu klein aber auch nicht protzig groß.
Außerdem kann man sie einfach abnehmen und ggf. austauschen oder nach belieben mit anderen Modellen wechseln.
Ps: Funfact, ein wenig gruselig war die Dankeskarte die beigelegt wurde, da ich die eine Kette als Geschenk für meine Freundin gekauft habe
und diese zufälligerweise genauso heißt wie die Person die auf der Dankeskarte unterschrieben hat.
Mir gefällt die Kette und ich bin voll zufrieden!

Finde, dass die Kette sich sehr gut am Hals anfühlt und sehr schön aussieht. Mir gefällt auch, dass die Flamme keine Outlines hat (1. Bild auf der Website irreführend). Freue mich schon aufs weitere bestellen. Good job!
