Returns
• Returns & free exchanges via our returns portal .
• All items must be unworn.
• The customer bears the costs for return shipping.
• An exchange is free of charge.
• Once the return has arrived at our warehouse, processing and refund will take up to 30 days.

Bundle offers such as “50% off the second item” apply only when both items are kept.
If one item is returned, the bundle discount will no longer apply and the remaining item will be charged at the regular price. The refund will be adjusted accordingly.

If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will take care of it for as long as you own the product. Your jewelry is made to last, just like the moments you create with it.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid from the date of purchase.

- Loss, misuse, improper storage, or any third-party alterations
