14 days returns & exchange through our returns portal.
All Items must be unworn.
The customers pays the returns cost.
After your return has arrived at our warehouse, processing and refunding takes up to 30 days.

Detailed Delivery & Returns Policy

warpedsense® jewelry is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

Prerequisite is that you as a consumer have purchased the item in our online store warpedsense.com.

Our warranty covers:

1. The case that your jewelry has a defect upon receipt and you report it to us within 14 days.

2. The case that your jewelry breaks within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect.

The warranty does not cover improper use, third-party repair, negligent handling, wear and tear, damage due to normal use (e.g. scratches), misuse or damage (e.g. due to an accident).
