Returns

Please contact us first (support@warpedsense.com) if you recieved a wrong or damaged item.

Items can be always returned to us within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

 

 RETURNS IN GERMANY

Items can be returned to us for free via DHL within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. 

  1. To start your return, head to our RETURNS PORTAL
    (you’ll need your order number).
  2. Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!  
  3. Select your chosen return method. You’ll be able to see those closest to you using our handy map.
  4. Print your return label and attach to the outside of your parcel. (Haven’t got a printer? No worries – not all of our return options need a printer. You’ll see which printer-less options are available in the portal.)
  5. It takes up to 10 business days (MO - FR) to process the returns. The money will be refunded to the original payment method.

All returns are checked on arrival. If an item is returned to us that is damaged, already worn or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, we will not be able to issue you a refund and we may return the item to you (and ask you to pay the delivery charges). 

 

 RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF GERMANY

Items can be returned to us with a shipping service provider of your choice within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!

  1. Fill out the return form: DOWNLOAD
  2. Choose a shipping service provider of your choice. Return costs are paid by the customer.
  3. It takes up to 10 business days (MO - FR) to process the returns. The money will be refunded to the original payment method.
