RETURN POLICY
RETURNS IN GERMANY
Items can be returned to us for free via DHL within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
- To start your return, head to our RETURNS PORTAL
(you’ll need your order number). - Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!
- Select your chosen return method. You’ll be able to see those closest to you using our handy map.
- Print your return label and attach to the outside of your parcel. (Haven’t got a printer? No worries – not all of our return options need a printer. You’ll see which printer-less options are available in the portal.)
- It takes up to 10 business days (MO - FR) to process the returns. The money will be refunded to the original payment method.
All returns are checked on arrival. If an item is returned to us that is damaged, already worn or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, we will not be able to issue you a refund and we may return the item to you (and ask you to pay the delivery charges).
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF GERMANY
Items can be returned to us with a shipping service provider of your choice within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!

- Choose a shipping service provider of your choice. Return costs are paid by the customer.
- It takes up to 10 business days (MO - FR) to process the returns. The money will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customs taxes, duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note these charges differ based on country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.
// DELAYED PACKAGE
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier related issues which are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to reshipments, claims or lost packages to the best of our ability.
In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from carrier will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved.
