warpedsense® jewelry is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Prerequisite is that you as a consumer have purchased the item in our online store warpedsense.com. The warranty does not cover improper use, third-party repair, negligent handling, wear and tear, damage due to normal use (e.g. scratches), misuse or damage (e.g. due to an accident).

Our warranty covers:

1. The case that your jewelry has a defect upon receipt and you report it to us within 14 days.
2. The case that your jewelry breaks within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect.
