Shipping

• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany within 1 business day.
• Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
• We ship via DHL - 5,90 € (shown in your local currency at checkout).
• Orders over 80 € qualify for free shipping (converted at checkout).
• All shipments are insured and include tracking.
• No customs duties or import taxes apply within the EU.


Returns

• 30-day return policy via our online return portal
• Free size exchange (no return shipping costs for exchanges)
• Return shipping is paid by the customer (except for exchanges)
• Refunds within up to 14 business days after return arrival

• Address errors and unclaimed parcels
For shipments that are returned to us due to a customer address error, or for shipments that have been attempted for delivery and are subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to retain the shipping and return costs. A new delivery attempt will also be charged.

• Customs duties, taxes and levies
Customs taxes, duties or import fees for parcels are payable by the customer.
We do not cover any additional fees or charges for final delivery of the parcel to your destination or country. Please note that these fees vary depending on the laws and policies of the country and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a parcel is returned due to the rejection of customs fees and taxes, a refund is not possible.

• Delayed parcel
We work with all our carriers and endeavour to deliver all parcels within the specified time frame. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays to parcels that occur due to weather, incorrect address information or issues with the carrier that are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve any issue for all our customers regarding returns, claims or lost parcels to the best of our ability.
