We are particularly proud of one of our first creations - the smiley is a modern symbol of digitalisation. This is used to represent feelings and reactions in chats. Since we are often not quite clear about how we should feel about something, we respond to some situations with mixed feelings. These are reflected in the design of the WARPED smiley. Returns

All Items must be unworn.
The customer bears the costs for the return shipment. There are no return costs for an exchange.
After your return has arrived at our warehouse, processing and refunding takes up to 30 days.

warpedsense® jewelry is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Prerequisite is that you as a consumer have purchased the item in our online store warpedsense.com.
Our warranty covers:
1. The case that your jewelry has a defect upon receipt and you report it to us within 14 days.
2. The case that your jewelry breaks within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover improper use, third-party repair, negligent handling, wear and tear, damage due to normal use (e.g. scratches), misuse or damage (e.g. due to an accident).
If you wish to use our warranty service, please contact us at support@warpedsense.com with your order number and a picture of the defective item.
