Shipping policy

Shipping
• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany within 1 business day.
• Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
• We ship via Deutsche Post/DHL - 5,90€
• Orders over €60 qualify for free shipping.
• All shipments are insured and include tracking.
• No customs duties or import taxes apply within the EU.


Returns
• Returns & free exchanges via our returns portal .
• 14 days right of return after receipt of the goods.
• All items must be unworn.
• The customer bears the costs for return shipping.
• An exchange is free of charge.
• Once the return has arrived at our warehouse, processing and refund will take up to 14 days.

- Address errors and unclaimed parcels
For shipments that are returned to us due to a customer address error, or for shipments that have been attempted for delivery and are subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to retain the shipping and return costs. A new delivery attempt will also be charged.

- Customs duties, taxes and levies
Customs taxes, duties or import fees for parcels are payable by the customer.
We do not cover any additional fees or charges for final delivery of the parcel to your destination or country. Please note that these fees vary depending on the laws and policies of the country and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a parcel is returned due to the rejection of customs fees and taxes, a refund is not possible.

- Delayed parcel
We work with all our carriers and endeavour to deliver all parcels within the specified time frame. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays to parcels that occur due to weather, incorrect address information or issues with the carrier that are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve any issue for all our customers regarding returns, claims or lost parcels to the best of our ability.
