There is a manufacturer's guarantee for all of our products (see below for more information and notes on the guarantee!)

Guarantee conditions:

The manufacturer (WARPEDSENSE) grants a 1 year guarantee on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise. The period for calculating the warranty period begins with the invoice date. The manufacturer's guarantee extends to the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer, as the guarantor, grants one of the following services of his choice within the framework of the guarantee:

Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent article (possibly also a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).

Guarantee claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods

improper or improper treatment
Environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
Failure to observe any safety precautions (disregard of the care instructions)
Use of force (e.g. blow, push, fall)
unauthorized repair attempts
normal wear and tear
A claim under the guarantee requires that the guarantor is able to examine the guarantee case by sending in the goods. It is important to ensure that damage on the transport route is avoided by using appropriate packaging.

To apply for warranty service, you must contact support at support@warpedsense.com and provide your order number.

If the warranty claim is justified, the warranty processing will be carriage paid for you. Any shipping costs incurred by you will be reimbursed by the guarantor.

Note:
Your statutory rights are not restricted by this guarantee promise. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights towards us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
