Shipping

How long does shipping take and what are the shipping costs?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled as long as they are still being processed/not fulfilled by yourself via your customer profile or via your order confirmation email.

Alternatively, if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation and cannot manage to change your order yourself, please feel free to contact us at support@warpedsense.com. We will do our best to process your request before your order is shipped, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once we have processed your order, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS that you can use to track the status of your package. Please also check your SPAM folder.
You have not received a shipping confirmation yet? Then your order is still in process. We will process and ship your order within one business day from our warehouse in Fürth, Germany.

Please note that during sales, promotions & product releases the processing time may extend by 2-3 business days due to the large number of orders.

Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.

Please also check your spam folder.
If you do not receive any emails from us, there is probably an error in your email address. In this case, please contact our support at support@warpedsense.com and we will be happy to help you with your request.

I have not received an order or shipping confirmation

The order and shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
Immediately after successful checkout you will receive an order confirmation with your order number.
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which will allow you to track the status of your package. Please also check your SPAM folder.

If you do not receive any emails from us, there is probably an error in your email address. In this case, please contact our support at support@warpedsense.com and we will be happy to help you with your request.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Generally, returns can be made within 30 days of receipt.

Items can be registered through our returns portal: https://warpedsense.shipping-portal.com/rp/.

Please note that as a young company, especially in terms of sustainable consumption, we unfortunately do not offer free returns.

Returned jewelry must be in its original condition. Only unworn products with the label still attached can be returned. Jewelry that is damaged, soiled, or can be proven to have been worn will not be refunded.

The jewelry boxes must also be returned complete and intact, otherwise a handling fee of 4.90 euros will be retained.

This does not apply to the Ringsizer. This can be kept as a gift.

We ask you, if possible, to use your original packaging for the return.

How can I return my order?

WARPEDSENSE® offers returns for most orders within 30 days of purchase.

Items not eligible for refunds are used/worn items and earrings. The jewellery must be in mint and unworn condition and all labels must be attached.
All returns are checked on arrival. If an item is returned to us that is damaged, already worn or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, we will not be able to issue you a refund and we may return the item to you (and ask you to pay the delivery charges).
After 30 days, all items are covered under a minimum 1-year Warranty.

• Returns from Germany / EU

Items can be returned to us via our returns portal or with a shipping company of your choice within 30 days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for the return costs.

• Returns from Non-EU Countries

Items can be returned to us with a shipping service provider of your choice within 30 days of receipt. 
The customer is responsible for the return costs.
For returns from non-EU countries, some important points must be considered:

  • A customs declaration document (CN22) is required and must be attached to the outside of the package.
    It is very important that you tick the option “Returnded Goods” under content.
    Please fill out the form completely to avoid additional customs charges and delivery delays. It is the sender's responsibility to provide correct information on the customs declaration form. Please note that incomplete or incorrect address and customs information may result in a chargeable return or customs fees, for which we will not be liable for any additional charges. The customs declaration is attached to the outside of the parcel.
  • Please put your delivery note inside the package.
  • Choose a shipping service provider of your choice and send your order back to:

I have already returned my order a few days ago and have not received any confirmation yet. What should I do?

We do not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return. You can check the tracking number of your return to see where the package is. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a notification by e-mail. Due to the high volume of orders, there are currently longer processing times. For returns, the processing time is currently 2-3 weeks. We ask you to refrain from multiple requests, as this unfortunately slows down our processes even more.
Please keep the issued return receipt carefully until the refund has been issued.

Do I have to pay additional taxes or customs if I return my order?

EU Returns

For EU orders there are no additional taxes or customs fees for returns that are sent back to us.

Non EU Returns
There may be customs charges for a return shipment.

A customs declaration CN22 is required for returns outside the EU.
Please fill out the form completely to avoid additional customs fees and delivery delays. It is the sender's responsibility to provide correct information on the customs declaration form. Please note that incomplete or incorrect address and customs information may result in a chargeable return or customs fees, for which we are not responsible.

4. it takes up to 10 working days (MO - FR) to process the return. Money will be refunded to the original payment method.

All returns will be inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned to us that is damaged, already worn, or otherwise in unacceptable condition, we will not be able to issue you a refund and we may return the item to you (and ask you to pay the shipping costs).

Can I exchange products?

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer you an exchange of the goods. However, you have the option to return your order within 30 days of receipt. As soon as your return reaches our warehouse, you will get your money back. Then simply reorder your desired products.

Can I go swimming & showering with my jewelry?

You can go in the water with our 316L stainless steel jewelry. Stainless steel is a material that does not react with water. Therefore, you can wear the jewelry while showering or playing sports without any problem.

However, please note that 925 sterling silver will tarnish if exposed to salty air, chlorine, humidity, sweat, cosmetics and other chemicals. To prevent tarnishing, we recommend that you always take off your jewelry before showering or exercising. Especially avoid contact with shower gels, soaps, shampoos, chlorine and salt water. This way you can ensure that your jewelry will look like new for a long time.

Is there a guarantee?

We have taken care to use only the most durable material for our products. Your jewelry is handcrafted and finished by experienced blacksmiths. Therefore, we are sure that your jewelry will accompany you for a long time and make you happy.

Should you notice a manufacturing defect despite our high quality standards, we are here for you under our one-year warranty and will replace your jewelry free of charge so that you can wear it again in perfect condition. You can find out more here: https://warpedsense.com/de/pages/our-guarantee

The condition is that you as a consumer have bought the item in our online store warpedsense.com.

The warranty does not apply in case of improper use, third-party repair, negligent handling, wear and tear, damage due to normal use (e.g. scratches), misuse or damage (e.g. due to an accident).

You will receive a replacement or repair free of charge:
1. in case your jewelry has a defect upon receipt and you report it to us within 30 days.
2. in case your jewelry breaks within the entire warranty period due to a manufacturing defect.

If a damaged item is out of stock or unavailable, this warranty will be void.
If you wish to use our warranty service, please contact us at support@warpedsense.com with your order number and a picture of the defective item.

What can I do if I received a defective piece of jewelry or the wrong item?

If you have received a defective piece of jewelry or the wrong item, please send us a picture of the entire piece of jewelry, including the delivery bill.
We will then clarify all further steps with you.
