How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow your parcel. Please also check your spam folder.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, your order is still being processed. We process and ship orders within one business day from our warehouse. During sales, promotions, and product launches, processing times may be extended by 2–3 business days due to high order volume.
Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.
If you haven’t received any emails from us, there may have been a typo in your email address. In that case, please contact our support team and we’ll help you.
My tracking has not updated
No worries. Tracking numbers are usually updated by the carrier every 24–48 hours, but occasional delays can happen while your order is in transit.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, your order is usually still on its way. If there has been no update for 7 or more business days, please contact our support team and we’ll help you.

When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process your refund within 14 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
Once your refund has been issued, you’ll receive an email notification. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Return policy
I returned my order but have not received confirmation
We don’t send a separate confirmation when your return arrives. You can use your return tracking number to check the parcel status. Once we’ve processed your return, you’ll receive an email notification.
During periods of high order volume, return processing can take longer. Please avoid sending multiple requests, as this may slow down response times.
Order Issues
Changing or canceling an order
As long as your order has not shipped yet, it may be possible to change or cancel it in two ways:
Option 1: Click the link in your order confirmation email to open your order overview and make changes there.
Option 2: Log in to your customer account via “Account” on our website. Under “Orders”, you may be able to edit or cancel your order.
I received the wrong or a defective item
If you received a defective piece of jewelry or the wrong item, please send us a photo of the full item, including the packing slip, by email.
We’ll review it and guide you through the next steps.
I did not receive an order confirmation
Please check your spam folder.
Your order and shipping confirmations are sent to the email address entered at checkout. Right after placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation with your order number. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive tracking information by email or SMS.
If you haven’t received any emails from us, there may have been a typo in your email address. Please contact our support team and we’ll help you.
Missing item
One of the following may have happened:
- Your items may have been shipped in separate parcels. If so, we would have sent you an email.
- The item you ordered may have been out of stock. In that case, we would also have contacted you by email.
If you received all parcels and an item is still missing, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Will this item be restocked?
Our most popular items can sell out quickly, so we recommend ordering while they’re available.
You can sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the product page. If the item is restocked, you’ll receive an email right away.
Which size do I need?
Can I swim or shower with the jewelry?
You can wear our jewelry in water. Please note that 925 sterling silver can tarnish if it comes into contact with cosmetics or other chemicals.
Is there a warranty?
We use durable materials and each piece is handcrafted and finished by experienced smiths. We want your jewelry to stay with you for a long time.
If you notice a manufacturing defect despite our quality standards, our one-year warranty has you covered and we’ll replace the item free of charge.
What material is the jewelry made from?
You can always find the exact materials in the product description on each product page.
