Shipping policy

We process & send your order out within 1 business day (Mo-Fr) from our warehouse in Fuerth, Germany.
You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS with which you can track the status of your package. Please also check your SPAM folder.

• USA / Canada
FedEx (2-4 business days) - $9,90
Orders over $110 - Free
We cover customs charges. Packages are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

• EU
Deutsche Post (2-7 business days) - 4,90€
Orders over 100€ - Free



Return policy

WARPEDSENSE® offers returns for most orders within 30 days of purchase.

Items not eligible for refunds are used/worn items and earrings. The jewellery must be in mint and unworn condition and all labels must be attached.
All returns are checked on arrival. If an item is returned to us that is damaged, already worn or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, we will not be able to issue you a refund and we may return the item to you (and ask you to pay the delivery charges).
After 30 days, all items are covered under a minimum 1-year Warranty.

• Returns from Germany / EU
Items can be returned to us via our returns portal or with a shipping company of your choice within 30 days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for the return costs.

The easiest method is to visit to receive a shipping label.

• Returns from UK / US / Non-EU Countries
Items can be returned to us with a shipping service provider of your choice within 30 days of receipt. 
The customer is responsible for the return costs.
  1. A customs declaration document (CN22) is required and must be attached to the outside of the package.
    You can download one here. It is important to tick the option "Returned goods".
  2. Please put your delivery note with your order number inside the package.
  3. Choose a shipping service provider of your choice and send your order back to:

• Customs, taxes and duties
Customs taxes, duties or import charges regarding packages sent by FedEx Express to the following countries are paid by us: Switzerland, UK, Norway, USA, Canada. 
Customs taxes, duties or import charges regarding packages sent with Deutsche Post to other countries are the responsibility of the customerto be paid.
We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note these charges differ based on country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.

• Address errors and unclaimed packages
For shipments returned to us due to a customer address error or shipments where an attempt was made to deliver and are returned to us as a result, we reserve the right to retain the shipping and return charges. A new delivery attempt will also be charged.

 • Delayed package
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier related issues which are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to reshipments, claims or lost packages to the best of our ability.
