Shipping

All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse in California.

We process and dispatch most orders within 24 hours on business days.

Delivery options:

• Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days — $4.90
• Free Shipping: on all orders over $95
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — $25.00

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

There are no customs duties or import fees for orders shipped within the United States.

 

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.

To start a return, simply use our return portal. You’ll receive your prepaid return label and all return instructions directly through the portal.

A $5.80 processing fee applies to each return.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the return to be fully processed.

 

Additional Information

Address errors & unclaimed parcels

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery was attempted but the parcel was not claimed, shipping and return costs may be deducted from your refund.

A new delivery attempt will require additional shipping fees.

Delayed or lost parcels

We work closely with our carriers to ensure reliable delivery times.

However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address details.

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our support team — we’ll help you sort it out as quickly as possible.
