Important: This Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to orders placed within the United States and shipped to U.S. addresses. Customers outside the United States are not eligible for this warranty program and are covered only by their local consumer protection laws.
What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
Our Lifetime Warranty is designed to cover damage or product failure caused by manufacturing or material defects, within the reasonable durability limits of the materials and design of each item.
All warranty claims are reviewed based on specific eligibility criteria to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
Items Not Covered Under Warranty
The following items are not eligible for warranty coverage:

Clothing (if applicable, otherwise remove)
Eligibility Criteria
A warranty claim may be approved if the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect, including but not limited to:

Damaged, loose, or missing stones

Broken or snapped bracelet strands

Broken necklace chains
-
Defective or malfunctioning clasps or hinges

Items coming apart due to production or material faults
Rejection Criteria
Warranty claims will not be approved in cases including, but not limited to, the following:

Lost items (no exceptions)

Stolen items
-
Oxidation, discoloration, or tarnishing over time

Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, including heat, cold, or chemicals

Normal wear and tear from regular use

Natural breakdown of materials or finishes over extended time and use

Damage caused by improper use or carelessness

Damage caused by improper storage or lack of maintenance

Damage caused by repair attempts or modifications

Alterations or damage caused by third parties

Change of ownership through resale or transfer

Items purchased from unauthorized retailers

Sample sale items under any circumstances
Please note that even if an issue appears to fall under the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to deny a claim if it is determined that one or more rejection conditions apply.
Warranty Assessment Process
Subject to applicable law, all warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of warpedsense® based on the criteria listed above.
If you believe your item qualifies for warranty coverage, please contact our support team. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome after assessing the issue.
Important Notice
Subject to applicable law, warpedsense® reserves the right to reject warranty claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above and may refuse or withdraw warranty eligibility in cases of abusive or exploitative behavior.
I damaged my item by accident. Can I get a replacement?
We understand that accidents happen. However, damage caused by improper use, accidental impact, or general carelessness during daily wear is not covered under our Lifetime Warranty.
