We are particularly proud of one of our first creations - the smiley is a modern symbol of digitalization. It is used to represent feelings and reactions in chats. Since we are often not entirely sure how we should feel about something, we respond to some situations with mixed feelings. These are reflected in the design of the WARPED smiley. All orders are shipped from our US warehouse in California.

Returns

To start a return, simply use our return portal. You’ll receive your prepaid return label and all instructions directly through the portal.

A $5.80 processing fee applies to each return.

Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the return to be fully processed.

Bundle offers such as “50% off the second item” apply only when both items are kept.
If one item is returned, the bundle discount will no longer apply and the remaining item will be charged at the regular price. The refund will be adjusted accordingly.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid from the date of purchase.
