Returns

To start a return, simply use our return portal. You’ll receive your prepaid return label and all instructions directly through the portal.

A $5.80 processing fee applies to each return.

Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the return to be fully processed.

Bundle offers such as “50% off the second item” apply only when both items are kept.
If one item is returned, the bundle discount will no longer apply and the remaining item will be charged at the regular price. The refund will be adjusted accordingly.
